    Product introduction:

    Epoxy powder coating is made from epoxy resin with different properties and Chelsea curing agent. It is characterized by energy saving, low pollution and high efficiency. Not only can be a film, coating efficiency is high, and the surface coating anti-corrosion performance is good, high mechanical strength.

    The powder coating is mainly used in construction, decoration, household appliances, metal furniture, instruments, highway guardrail, auto parts, fitness sports equipment coating and other industries.

    General introduction: 

    Epoxy resin is used as the main raw material. It has excellent chemical resistance and mechanical properties. It is suitable for coating metal products with high requirements on corrosion resistance, electrical insulation and flexibility. It is generally not recommended to apply directly to the surface of all kinds of outdoor products.

    Scope of application:

    Paint the metal surface of automobile parts, household appliances, metal furniture, office facilities and various kinds of pipes.

    Product series:

    To provide standard and low temperature solidified powder coating; It can be made into products with high light (80% above), semi-light (50-80%), flat light (20-50%) and non-light (less than 20%). (Gloss can be controlled according to users' requirements).

    Physical properties: 

    Specific gravity(g/cm3, 25℃): 1.4-1.7

    Particle size distribution:  100 % less than 100micron (It can be adjusted according to the special requirements of coating)

    Construction conditions:

    Pretreatment: Different pretreatment is used for different substrates (phosphating treatment, sand blasting treatment, shot peening treatment, please contact us for more detailed information)

    Fluidized bed, vacuum suction, roller coating, manual or automatic electrostatic gun and other methods can be used for construction

    Curing conditions:

    Type A: 200℃(workpiece temperature), 15 min (flat or flat)

    Type B 180℃(workpiece temperature), 15 min (highlight or semi-gloss)

    Type C 140℃(workpiece temperature), 15 min (highlight)

    1.The above tests used 0.8mm thick cold-rolled steel plates with a coating thickness of 60-80 microns.

    2.The performance index of the above coating may decrease slightly with the decrease of gloss.

    9-12 sq.m./kg; film thickness 60 microns (calculated with 100% powder coating utilization rate);

    Packing and transportation:

    cartons are lined with polyethylene bags, net weight is 20kg; Non-hazardous materials can be transported in various ways, but only to avoid direct sunlight, moisture and heat, and avoid contact with chemical substances.

    Storage requirements:

    Clean, dry, ventilated, away from light, room temperature below 30℃, and should be insulated from fire source, away from heat source. And should insulate fire source, keep away from heat source. Effective storage period is 12 months from the date of production. Avoid stacking more than 4 layers.

    Notes:

    All powders are irritating to the respiratory system, so avoid inhaling powder and steam from curing. Try to avoid direct contact between skin and powder coating. Wash skin with water and soap when contact is necessary. If eye contact occurs, wash skin immediately with clean water and seek medical attention immediately. Dust layer and powder particle deposition should be avoided on the surface and dead corner. Tiny organic particles will ignite and cause explosion under static electricity. All equipment should be grounded, and construction personnel should wear anti-static shoes to keep the ground to prevent static electricity.
