Product Description:
Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate is a colourless flake or needle-like crystal or white granules. It is deliquescent and easily soluble in water (1 g in 3 mL of water). The aqueous solution is weakly alkaline, with a pH of about 9 in 1% aqueous solution. Density 2.33g/cm3, it can be used as analytical reagent, pharmaceutical raw material, buffering agent, chelating agent, yeast food, emulsifying salt, antioxidant synergist in food industry.
Application:
(1)Corrosion inhibitor for antifreeze, nutrient for antibiotic medium, phosphorus and potassium regulator for fermentation industry, feed additive, etc.
(2)Used in medicine, fermentation, bacterial culture and potassium pyrophosphate production
(3)As a feed additive for phosphorus supplementation.
(4)Used as a water treatment agent, microbial and bacterial culture agent, etc.
(5)Commonly used as analytical reagent and buffering agent, also used in pharmaceutical industry.
(6)Used in the food industry as a raw material for the preparation of alkaline water for pasta products, as a fermentation agent, as a flavouring agent, as a bulking agent, as a mild alkaline agent for dairy products and as a yeast feed. Used as a buffering agent, chelating agent.
(7)Analytical reagent. Buffering agent. Pharmaceuticals.
(8)Used in boiler water treatment. Used in the pharmaceutical and fermentation industries as a phosphorus and potassium regulator and as a bacterial culture medium. Raw material for the manufacture of potassium pyrophosphate. Used as a liquid fertiliser, corrosion inhibitor for glycol antifreeze. Feed grade used as a nutritional supplement for feed.
(9)It is used as a quality improver to improve the complexation of metal ions, pH and ionic strength of foodstuffs, thus improving the adhesion and water holding capacity. It can be used as a phytolipid powder at a maximum of 19.9g/kg.
