Product Description:
Cuprous cyanide, an inorganic compound, is mainly used for electroplating copper and other alloys, synthesising anti-tuberculosis drugs and anti-fouling paints. It sometimes appears green because of the presence of divalent copper. The reaction of copper sulphate with sodium cyanide solution yields cuprous cyanide and gives off cyanide gas.
