Application:
1.Improve the wet rubbing resistance, dry rubbing resistance and high temperature resistance of leather, applied to primer and intermediate coatings, it can improve the adhesion of coating and embossing moulding;
2.Increase the adhesion of oil film to different substrates, avoid ink dragging phenomenon during printing, enhance ink resistance to water and chemicals, and speed up curing time;
3.Enhancing the adhesion of paint to different substrates, improving the water scrubbing resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and abrasion strength of paint;
4.Improvement of water-based coatings' resistance to water and chemicals, curing time, reduction of volatilisation of organic substances and enhancement of scrub resistance;
5.Improve the adhesion of the coating on the protective film and shorten the curing time;
6.It can generally improve the adhesion of waterborne systems on non-porous substrates.
Use and safety notes:
1.Addition method: The product is usually added to the emulsion or dispersion only before use, it can be added to the system directly under vigorous stirring, or you can choose a solvent to dilute the product to a certain proportion (usually 45%-90%), then add it to the system, the choice of solvent can be water, or other solvents. For waterborne acrylic emulsion and waterborne polyurethane dispersion, it is recommended to dissolve the product and water 1:1 before adding into the system;
2.Addition amount: Usually 1-3% of the solid content of acrylic emulsion or polyurethane dispersion, in special cases it can be added up to 5%;
3.System pH requirements: Emulsions and dispersions of the liquid system of pH in the 9.0-9.5 interval using this product will get better results, pH lower will cause excessive crosslinking to produce gel, too high will cause crosslinking time is prolonged;
4.Effective period: 18-36 hours after mixing the storage device, more than this time, the efficacy of the product will be lost, so it is recommended that customers once mixed try to use up within 6-12 hours;
5.Solubility: This product is miscible with water and most common solvents, therefore, in the actual application you can choose the right solvent according to the requirements of the body will be diluted to a certain proportion after joining.
6.This product has a slight ammonia odour, which has a certain irritating effect on the throat and respiratory tract, and when inhaled, it will cause a dry and thirsty throat, running watery nose, presenting a kind of pseudo-cold symptom, and when encountered in this case, you should try to drink some milk or soda, therefore, the operation of this product should be in ventilated environments, and at the same time take good safety measures to avoid direct inhalation as much as possible.
Packaging & Storage:
1.Packing specification is 4x5Kg plastic drum, 25Kg plastic lined iron drum and user-specified packing.
2.Place in a cool, ventilated, dry place, can be stored at room temperature for more than 18 months, if the storage temperature is too high and the time is too long, there will be discoloration, gel and damage, deterioration.
