Property:
TMAIC is a white or yellowish crystal with very low homopolymerisation and highly thermally stable trifunctional monomers. Compared to other crosslinkers such as TAIC, its vapour pressure is low even at high temperatures and it is stable in water and inorganic acids.
Application:
TMAIC is a crosslinking additive for peroxide crosslinking or electron beam crosslinking of polymers at high processing temperatures. It is particularly used in fluoroelastomers, polyamides and polyesters. Used in the crosslinking reaction, it also improves the resistance to high temperatures and/or corrosive media required by the final product in applications such as automotive, aerospace, mechanical and chemical processing.
Packaging & Storage:
1.It is packaged in a cardboard box. Net weight is 20kg, divided into 2 PE bags, each bag is 10kg.
2.It should be stored in dry and cool condition and used up within 12 months after production.
