Product Description:
Diisopropyl malonate is a colourless transparent liquid with a slight ester flavour in pure form, slightly yellow in industrial form, relative density 0.991, insoluble in water, soluble in esters, benzene, ether and other organic solvents.
Application:
(1) Diisopropyl malonate is an intermediate of the fungicide rice fumigant.
(2) Used as pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates.
