    Product Specification:

    Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that can hydrolyze hyaluronic acid (hyaluronic acid is a component of tissue matrix that has the Diffusion effect of limiting water and other extracellular substances).

    It can temporarily reduce the viscosity of the intercellular substance, promote the subcutaneous infusion, locally stored exudate or blood to accelerate the diffusion and facilitate absorption, and is an important drug dispersant.

    Clinically used as a drug permeation agent to promote drug absorption, promote local edema or hematoma dissipation after surgery and trauma.

    Products Description

    Product Description:

    White or light yellow flocculent lyophilized substance, odorless, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol and acetone, with an optimal pH value of 4.5-6.0.

    Stability: The freeze-dried product has no significant decrease in vitality after being stored at 4 ℃ for one year;

    Under the condition of 42 ℃, the activity remains unchanged after heating for 60 minutes; Heat at 100 ℃ for 5 minutes to retain 80% vitality; Low concentration aqueous solutions are prone to deactivation, and adding NaCl can increase their stability; Easy to deteriorate when exposed to heat.

    Inhibitors include heavy metal ions (Cu2+, HR<2+, Fe<3+Chemalbook, Mn<2+, Zn<2+), acid organic dyes, bile salts, polyanions, and high molecular weight polysaccharides such as Chondroitin sulfate B, heparin, and heparan sulfate.

    The activator is a polycation. The absorption coefficient of 1% aqueous solution at 280nm is 8. Hyaluronidase mainly hydrolyzes N-acetyl in hyaluronic acid- β- Between D-glucosamine and D-glucuronic acid β- 1,4-bond, producing tetrasaccharide residues without releasing monosaccharides, enzyme reaction: hyaluronic acid+H2O oligosaccharides.

    Application:

    1. Used for biochemical research

    2. Clinically, it is often used to promote the dissipation of local edema or hematoma after surgery and trauma, reduce the pain at the injection site, and accelerate the absorption of subcutaneous and Intramuscular injection injections.

    3. It can also be used for intestinal adhesions.
