    Product Description:

This product is a carbon black granulation adhesive refined by a special process on the basis of general sodium lignosulfonate. Its low ash content, good dispersion and bonding properties are more suitable for the production of carbon black with strict ash requirements. Using this product as an additive for carbon black granulation, the finished carbon black particles have the characteristics of high compactness, not fragile during transportation, easy storage, transportation and low environmental pollution.

    Product Application:

Lignin liquid CCBLS-10K and liquid CCBLS-20K are used as additives for carbon black granulation. The finished carbon black particles have the characteristics of high compactness, not fragile during transportation, easy storage and transportation, and low environmental pollution.

The lignin liquid CCALS-20K is applied to the air preheater for carbon black production. The compressed air is mixed with this product in a certain proportion. After the air preheater is injected, the product is evenly dispersed in the container, collides with the container wall, and removes the wall hanging carbon black, which is used for the stable production of the whole carbon black line.

Lignin liquid CCBLS-20(CCA)K is mainly used as binder for various pellets. The pellet produced by this product has higher viscosity strength and less slag after burning, which is more conducive to the collection of metal zinc.
