Product Description
Butachlor is an amide-based systemic conductive selective pre-emergence herbicide. It is absorbed mainly through young weed shoots and to a lesser extent through the roots. When absorbed by plants, butachlor inhibits and destroys proteases in the body, affecting protein formation and inhibiting the normal growth and development of young weed shoots and roots, thus killing the weed.
Application
(1)It is a highly effective and low toxicity pre-emergence herbicide, mainly used for the control of most annual grasses and some dicotyledonous weeds in drylandcrops.
(2)It is mainly used for the control of annual grass weeds and some broadleaf weeds in direct seeded or transplanted rice fields.
