AC166 Fluid Loss Additive
Product Description
1.AC166 fluid loss additive is a synthetic polymer which is capable of effectively reducing water loss filtering from the slurry to porous formation during cementing process.
2.Disperse the slurry and help to control rheological behavior of cement slurry to prevent sedimentation and gelation problem.
3.No adverse influence to the thickening time of cement slurry in the working temperature range and shorten the transition time.
4.Assist in preventing anti-channeling.
5.Applicable in fresh water slurries and seawater slurries.
6.Used below temperature of 180℃(356℉, BHCT).
7.Compatible well with other additives.
8.AC166 series consists of L-type liquid, L-A type anti-freezing liquid, P-P type high purity powder, P-D type dry-mixed powder.

Standard Packaging and Storage
1.The liquid type products should be used within 12 months after production. Packed in 25kg, 200L and 5 US gallon plastic barrels.
2.The powder type products should be used within 24 months after production. Packed in 25kg bag.
3.Customized packages are also available.
4.Once expired, it shall be tested before use.
