AF196 Fluid Loss Additive
Product Description
1.AF196 fluid loss additive is a synthetic polymer which is capable of effectively reducing water loss filtering from the slurry to porous formation during cementing process.
2.Control fluid loss in both normal and high density cement slurries.
3.AF196 has strong dispersion to achieve low resistance pumping requirements.
4.Fast compressive strength development of set cement. Especially suitable for cementing projects requiring fast early strength development.
5.Shorten transition time of setting cement, which is beneficial to prevent gas migration.
6.Applicable mixing water: from fresh water to half-saturated salt water.
7.Used below temperature of 180℃(356℉, BHCT).
8.Compatible well with other additives.
9.AF183 series consists of L-type liquid, L-A type anti-freezing liquid, P-P type high purity powder, P-D type dry-mixed powder.

Standard Packaging and Storage
1.The liquid type products should be used within 12 months after production. Packed in 25kg, 200L and 5 US gallon plastic barrels.
2.The powder type products should be used within 24 months after production. Packed in 25kg bag.
3.Customized packages are also available.
4.Once expired, it shall be tested before use.
