Product Description:
Colourless crystals, easily deliquescent, melting point 73°C, decomposition at 150°C, soluble in water, alcohol, insoluble in ethyl acetate, aqueous solution is acidic, strong oxidative, toxic, contact with flammable products can cause a fire, and organic matter will burn and explode when heated, irritating to the skin.
Application:
Aluminium Nitrate Nonahydrate is mainly used in the manufacture of catalysts for organic synthesis, mordant for textile industry, oxidant, as a salting agent in the recovery of nuclear fuel by solvent extraction and in the manufacture of other aluminium salts.
