    Solubility Completely soluble in water, alcohol, ketone, ester and other normal solvents.

    Application:

    1.Improvement of water resistance, washing resistance, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance of leather coating;

    2.Improvement of water resistance, anti-adhesion and high temperature resistance of water-based printing coatings;

    3.Improvement of water and detergent resistance properties of water-based ink;

    4.In water-based parquet floor paints can improve their resistance to water, alcohol, detergents, chemicals and abrasion;

    5.It can improve its water, alcohol and adhesion resistance in waterborne industrial paints;

    6.In vinyl coatings to reduce plasticiser migration and improve stain resistance;

    7.In waterborne cement sealants to improve their resistance to abrasion;

    8.It can generally improve the adhesion of water-based systems on non-porous substrates.

    Use and safety notes:

    1.The adding amount is usually 1-3% of the solid content of the emulsion, and it is best to add it when the pH value of the emulsion is 8~9, do not use it in acidic medium (pH<7).

    2.It mainly reacts with carboxyl group in emulsion, and can also react with amine group and hydroxyl group under the catalysis of strong acid, so try to use non-protonic organic alkali when adjusting the pH value of the system;

    3.The product can be cross-linked at room temperature, but the effect is better when baked at 60-80 degrees;

    4.This product belongs to the two-component crosslinking agent, once added to the system should be used within two days, otherwise it will form a gel phenomenon;

    5.The product is miscible with water and common solvents, so it can usually be mixed directly into the system under vigorous stirring, or it can be dissolved in water and solvents before adding it to the system;

    6.The product has a slightly irritating ammonia odour, long-term inhalation will cause coughing, running watery nose, presenting a kind of pseudo-cold symptom; contact with the skin will cause redness and swelling of the skin according to the resistance ability of different people, which can be disappeared by itself within 2-6 days, and those in serious conditions should be treated according to the doctor's advice. Therefore, it should be handled with care and avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, and used in a ventilated environment as much as possible. When spraying, special attention should be paid to mouth and nose inhalation, should wear special mask operation.

    Packaging & Storage:

    1.Packing specification is 4x5Kg plastic drum, 25Kg plastic lined iron drum and user-specified packing.

    2.Place in a cool, ventilated, dry place, can be stored at room temperature for more than 18 months, if the storage temperature is too high and the time is too long, there will be discoloration, gel and damage, deterioration.
