Product Description:
L-Glutamic Acid is an amino acid .Appearance for white crystalline powder, almost odorless, with special taste and sour taste. A saturated aqueous solution has a PH of about 3.2. Insoluble in water, actually insoluble in ethanol and ether, very soluble in formic acid.
Application: L-Glutamic Acid is mainly used in the production of monosodium glutamate, flavoring, and used as a substitute for salt, nutritional supplements and biochemical reagents.
